Signing a memorandum of understanding between "Abu Dhabi for family businesses" and"Abu Dhabi Islamic" during "Made in UAE"

ABU DHABI, 5 MAY / WAM / The Abu Dhabi Family Business Council announced today the signing of a memorandum of understanding with Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, during the “Make in the UAE 2026” activities held in Abu Dhabi, with the aim of establishing an organized framework to provide distinguished banking services compatible with the provisions of Islamic Sharia to members of the Abu Dhabi Family Business Council.
Under the agreement, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank will provide Council members with a range of services and benefits allocated to private banking customers, including dedicated relationship management with a special relationship manager, accelerated customer joining procedures, customized investment solutions, and covered cards.
The cooperation aims to meet the financial requirements of wealthy families and business owners represented by the council.
The agreement covers three main areas of cooperation, including: providing private and distinguished banking services solutions, implementing joint marketing and promotional campaigns targeting Council members, in addition to providing customized services.
Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank will also work to develop an electronic portal on its official website exclusively for members of the Abu Dhabi Family Business Council, in full coordination with the Council.
His Excellency Masoud Al Masoud, Vice Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Family Business Council and Treasurer of the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, said that this memorandum of understanding reflects the commitment of the Abu Dhabi Family Business Council to connect its members with world-class financial services that are strategically compatible with their business ambitions and are based on the principles of Islamic finance.
Hassan Abdullah Al Shamsi, Acting Director of Private Banking Services at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank Group, said that the partnership with the Abu Dhabi Family Business Council to provide integrated private banking services is based on understanding the aspirations of families and providing customized financial solutions.
