America and Iran are close to agreeing on a memorandum to end the war

Axios reported, citing American officials, that the White House believes it is close to reaching an agreement with Iran regarding a one-page memorandum of understanding to end the war and establish a framework for more detailed negotiations on the nuclear program.

He added that America expects a response from Iran on several key points within 48 hours.

The website explained that the US-Iranian agreement will include both sides lifting restrictions on transit through the Strait of Hormuz.

It also includes Iran’s commitment to suspend uranium enrichment and America’s agreement to lift its sanctions and release billions of dollars of frozen Iranian funds.
