“Sinaa” leads 26 Emirati companies with “Made in the Emirates”

Sena, the Emirati platform that supports national industries and products in the Emirates, based in Abu Dhabi, is participating in the activities of the current session of “Make in the Emirates,” as its participating pavilion includes an elite group of 26 Emirati manufacturing companies.
The platform aims to market and promote national products under the “Made in the Emirates” identity, as well as introducing the competitive advantages of local products, in addition to enhancing users’ confidence in these products.
The platform also works to enhance the transfer and localization of knowledge, by exploring the latest industrial technologies globally, transferring them to the UAE, and working to develop and produce them in the local market, in line with the directions of the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology to adopt the solutions of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
The platform also contributes to enhancing the flexibility and sustainability of supply chains, by creating a local product capable of meeting local demand and competing globally.
The 26 companies leading the “Sinaa” platform distribute their participation in “Make in the UAE” across a number of vital sectors, including the health, food and technology industries, in addition to the electrical and chemical industries, as well as other industrial sectors, reflecting the diversity of the industrial base in the country and its ability to innovate and grow.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the “Sinaa Platform”, Mohammed bin Salem bin Kardos Al Ameri, said: “Our participation in (Make in the Emirates) with 26 national companies comes in line with the vision of the wise leadership to make the Emirates a global center for industry,” noting that “Make in the Emirates” has become the most prominent event and platform in the industrial sector locally and regionally, as it enhances the ability of national companies to introduce their products and build new partnerships, which contributes to enhancing the competitiveness of the Emirati industry. And consolidate its position on the global industry map.
He added: “Sinaa Platform focuses on enhancing the digitization of the industrial sector through a number of smart tools, such as the smart guide for products manufactured in the UAE, and technical programs based on artificial intelligence aimed at reducing operational costs and raising production efficiency, which ensures the transformation of knowledge into a productive force that supports the sustainability of the national economy.”
Al-Amiri pointed out that marketing and promoting national products, and enhancing trust and loyalty to them, is no less important than the production process itself, but rather constitutes the basic foundation for ensuring the sustainability of its growth. He said: “From this standpoint, the (Sinaa) platform works to empower national products and market them effectively, in a way that enhances their presence and consolidates their position in the local and global markets.”
