It also includes in Asir: Abha, Ahad Rufaidah, and Khamis Mushayt.
The accompanying effects are: high-speed winds, lack of horizontal visibility, hail, flowing torrents, and thunderbolts.

Rain begins in Hafar Al-Batin at 3 p.m., and continues until 10 p.m.

Al-Ahsa and Abqaiq will witness dust from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m.
The dust is accompanied by: active winds, and low horizontal visibility (3 – 5) Kilometers.
Meteorology expects Jubail, Khobar, Dammam, Dhahran, Qatif, and Ras Tanura to witness active winds.
The phenomenon begins at 9 a.m. and continues until 7 p.m.
