20 weeks bonus from the Emirates Group to its employees

The Emirates Group granted its employees a bonus that constitutes a share of profits for the fiscal year 2025-2026.
Emirates Today learned that the bonus is equivalent to 20 weeks’ salary that employees in the group will receive on the payroll during the month of May.
The total number of employees in the group witnessed a growth of 8% to reach 130,919 employees, as Emirates Airlines and dnata continue to implement recruitment programs around the world, which supports the expansion of their operations and enhances their readiness for the next stage. At the same time, the number of Emirati national cadres within the group exceeded 4,000 employees, a clear reflection of the success of the programs that aim to attract, develop and retain national talent.
