Signs that may reveal accelerated aging early

A report published by WebMed stated that some physical and mental changes that appear with age may be an indication of accelerated aging, especially if they begin early or develop at a faster pace than usual.

The report explained that the most prominent of these signs is a slowdown in walking during the forties, as it may reflect a decline in physical fitness and general health. Experts advise practicing daily walking gradually to maintain activity and heart health.

He also pointed out that the appearance of brown sun spots on the face and hands is a common occurrence with age as a result of prolonged exposure to sunlight, and it is necessary to consult a doctor if the color or shape of these spots changes or they begin to bleed.

The report pointed out that simple memory problems, such as forgetting names or details, may begin in middle age, but they do not necessarily mean dementia, stressing the importance of maintaining mental and social activity and following a healthy diet.

He added that joint pain, dry skin, and easy bruising are signs associated with aging, but adopting a healthy lifestyle and exercising regularly can reduce their effects and slow down their development.

The report also cautioned that difficulty climbing stairs or decreased mobility may be an indication of decreased fitness or the presence of other health problems, which requires consulting a doctor when these symptoms reoccur.

The report stressed that these signs do not necessarily mean the presence of a serious disease, but they require attention and follow-up, stressing that balanced nutrition, physical activity, and regular health care remain among the most important means of maintaining health as we age.
