The Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council condemns in the strongest terms the sinful Iranian attacks on the UAE and Kuwait

​Jassem Mohammed Al-Budaiwi, Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council, condemned in the strongest terms the sinful Iranian attacks that targeted the United Arab Emirates and the State of Kuwait.

In a statement on the Council’s website, the Secretary-General indicated that Iran’s treacherous approach seeks to systematically destabilize and undermine regional security, in flagrant violation of the principles of international law, the Charter of the United Nations, and the principles of good neighbourliness.

He affirmed the full support of the GCC countries for the United Arab Emirates and the State of Kuwait in all the measures they take to preserve their security and stability, and the safety of citizens and residents on their lands.
