High accuracy

The Center’s General Director, Abdullah Sindi, explained that the platform works in direct integration with the system. "Follow a path" affiliated with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, which enables guides to have real-time access to trip data and follow the itinerary with high accuracy.

Sindi stated that the system supports immediate communication with the relevant authorities to quickly deal with emergency situations, in addition to receiving reports, directing field teams, and distributing guides according to approved operational plans to ensure arrival on time.

This development comes as an extension of the efforts of the center, which operates under the umbrella of the Coordinating Council for Hospitality Companies and Hajj Service Providers. abroad, with the participation of the General Automobile Syndicate, and under the direct supervision of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.

The report stated that these innovative technical solutions are consistent with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 in improving the quality of services and enhancing the efficiency of the Hajj system through more integrated and effective operational tools that ensure the comfort of pilgrims from their arrival until their departure.
