Appointment of Khaled Al-Junaidal as CEO of Nayifat Finance
The Board of Directors of Nayifat Finance Company decided, on 04-30-2026 AD, to appoint Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Junaidal to the position of CEO of the company, effective from the date of obtaining a non-objection from the Central Bank of Saudi Arabia on 05-11-2026 AD.
According to the company’s statement on the website "Saudi Arabia trading"Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Junaidal currently holds the position of CEO-designate of Nayifat Finance Company for a period of one year from 05-28-2025 AD, in addition to his position as Financial Director. He has more than 25 years of experience in the banking sector and financial institutions, during which he held many leadership positions in the field of financial management, risk management and treasury in the banking and financial sector, and as CEO of Finance at the Saudi Fransi Lease Finance Company (GIBI).
Khaled received Al-Junaidal holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business and the Executive Development Program for Executives from the London Business School, in addition to a group of certificates in the fields of leadership and management.
