"Abu Dhabi Commercial" He launches his new application with artificial intelligence capabilities

Abu Dhabi, May 11, 2017 – Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank revealed the launch of a new generation of its banking application for smartphones supported by artificial intelligence capabilities.
The application provides an interactive virtual assistant based on artificial intelligence and advanced data analysis, which contributes to simplifying daily transactions and allowing them to be completed quickly, in addition to facilitating access to a wide range of Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank products and services.
According to the bank, the smart assistant feature developed with artificial intelligence represents a new stage in the method of interaction between customers and the bank, as customers can now dispense with traditional menus and forms, and choose to conduct conversations using voice or text commands to inquire about balances, transfer funds, manage cards and services, track goals, and explore a wide range of banking products.
Within the framework of continuous interaction, artificial intelligence models continue to learn and develop, to provide a more dynamic experience that is in harmony with the needs of each customer.
The application goes beyond the traditional concept of daily banking services to provide advanced investment capabilities that provide customers with a comprehensive and integrated view of their investment portfolios with the bank across various local and global markets.
The application allows the implementation of instant trading transactions on stocks listed on the US market, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), in addition to encrypted digital currencies.
Mohammed Al Jayyash, Chief Executive Officer of the Banking Operations Group at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, said that artificial intelligence is a strategic pillar within Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank’s vision for digital transformation, through which we reshape the customer experience and enhance the efficiency of our operational work.
For his part, Pedro Cardoso, Chief Digital Services Officer at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, said that the digital capabilities of the application contribute to providing recommendations to customers based on their daily banking transactions in a way that constantly keeps pace with their needs and also makes it easier for them to choose and activate a comprehensive range of products and services through digital channels with complete ease and at any time.
