MBC recommends not distributing cash dividends for the year 2025

Yesterday, the Board of Directors of MBC Group recommended not distributing cash dividends to shareholders for the financial year ending on December 31, 2025.

The company said in a statement on its website "Saudi Arabia trading"The reason for recommending not distribution is to support any future expansion work, preserve liquidity, and strengthen the company’s financial position.
