Declared Allows uploading for its employees who have completed 20 years of service, via , provided that retirement occurs at the end of the academic year.
The Ministry explained that receiving applications begins on May 3, 2026 AD (16 Dhul-Qi’dah 1447 AH), and continues until May 21, 2026 AD (4 Dhu al-Hijjah 1447 AH), noting that applications are available to all occupants of educational and administrative positions, in addition to employees, wages, and engineers.

It indicated that the applications will be studied in accordance with the approved controls and standards, stressing that submitting the application is not considered final approval, as it is subject to review and scrutiny before issuing the decision.
The Ministry added that receiving applications is done electronically via the system "Knight"It is part of organized procedures aimed at facilitating the service and raising the efficiency of processing, noting that there is a time plan for processing applications that includes the stages of reception, review, and issuing decisions.
She also indicated that this step comes based on the circulars regulating early retirement, including those with regard to those whose period of service is between 20 and less than 25 years, within the framework of organizing retirement procedures and ensuring balance in the educational process.
