Dubai Taxi acquires National Taxi

Dubai Taxi Company signed an agreement to fully acquire the National Taxi Company, which operates in the emirates of Dubai and Abu Dhabi and includes a fleet of more than 2,700 vehicles, in a deal worth 1.45 billion dirhams.
The deal is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2026, and will raise the market share of Dubai Taxi Company in the Emirate of Dubai from 47% to 59%, in addition to having a market share of approximately 12% in the Abu Dhabi market.
