Formation of the Sharjah Public Prosecution Youth Council
Sharjah, June 2, 2017 (WAM) – The Public Prosecution of the Emirate of Sharjah announced the formation of the Public Prosecution Youth Council, in a step that reflects its interest in empowering young national competencies and enhancing its role in supporting the process of institutional development, in line with the directions of the UAE and its established vision of investing in people as they are the true national wealth and the main driver of sustainable development.
The formation of the Council comes within an institutional framework aimed at enhancing youth participation in creating development ideas and initiatives, and creating an effective platform for exchanging qualitative visions and proposals, which contributes to consolidating the culture of innovation and participatory work, supports the sustainability of development and raises the efficiency of institutional performance.
The Public Prosecution confirmed that the Council will play a pivotal role in representing the aspirations of young cadres, and strengthening communication channels between them and institutional leaders, allowing them to benefit from their energies and creative ideas in developing the work environment, improving services, and consolidating the values of responsibility, leadership, and excellence.
The Council contributes to supporting initiatives and programs aimed at building the capabilities of young people and qualifying them to assume future leadership roles, which enhances the institution’s readiness to keep pace with changes and anticipate the future, and confirms the Public Prosecution’s commitment to providing a stimulating work environment that invests in national energies and supports institutional innovation.
The formation of the Council embodies the vision of the Public Prosecution of the Emirate of Sharjah to empower youth and involve them as active partners in the development process, which contributes to enhancing the sustainability of the justice system and consolidating the institution’s position as a leading work environment that supports creativity and institutional excellence.
