“Reconstruction” receives invoices for white land fees in Riyadh worth 2.07 million riyals
Today, Thursday, the Riyadh Development Company announced its receipt of an additional number of white land fee invoices with a total value of 2.075 million riyals related to lands located within the geographical scopes specified for the white land fee program in the city of Riyadh, indicating that an objection to them will be filed in the coming weeks.
The company explained in a statement on: "Saudi Arabia trading"The total invoices issued for white land fees amounted to 18.86 million riyals, while the amounts objected to amounted to 5.23 million riyals.
The company reported that work is underway to study and develop specific projects on other lands covered by fees, with the aim of benefiting from the new relevant regulations, and in line with the company’s strategy announced at the beginning of the year 2023 AD under the slogan “We invest for growth.”
