"Presite" Signs a memorandum of understanding with Montenegro to enhance infrastructure with artificial intelligence
Abu Dhabi, May 14 / WAM / Brisite signed a memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Montenegro with the aim of advancing the national digital transformation process in the country through the development of the new generation platform, “Smart Nation”.
On this occasion, BriSight Company received His Excellency Milojko Spajic, Prime Minister of Montenegro, who is on a working visit to the country. On an inspection tour of its operations in Abu Dhabi, which witnessed discussions about smart city initiatives and digital transformation throughout the Republic of Montenegro.
The memorandum establishes a long-term strategic framework between PreSight and the Government of Montenegro to design and deploy an integrated, AI-powered system covering cities and their infrastructure.
The platform will unify real-time data from traffic, public safety, noise and emergency systems into a single operational response layer, allowing a coordinated response between national and municipal institutions, and moving operations from the stage of reactive monitoring to proactive decision-making supported by artificial intelligence.
Under the MoU, BriSight will work closely with relevant government agencies through three phases that include conducting a national feasibility study, implementing a structured data exchange process with the aim of mapping existing systems and data sources, and finally developing a detailed roadmap for implementation.
The initiative includes smart traffic management to reduce congestion and enhance road safety, national information systems to enhance situational awareness, and integrated emergency response to accelerate coordination between concerned parties.
Danilo Šaranović, Minister of the Interior of Montenegro, said that Montenegro is committed to developing a modern, flexible and secure national infrastructure, and this cooperation with BriSight represents an important step in this journey. The memorandum represents an important step in Montenegro’s ambition to consolidate its position at the forefront of countries benefiting from applied artificial intelligence to enhance public services, strengthen national capabilities, and build a flexible and digitally enabled future.
