Dubai real estate continues its momentum… recording 14.73 billion dirhams in weekly transactions

During the past week, real estate transactions in Dubai recorded more than 14.73 billion dirhams, after the implementation of 4,084 transactions, which included sales worth 8.18 billion dirhams, according to data from the “Dubai Rest” application, affiliated with the Dubai Land Department. The weekly real estate sales were divided into 2,787 sales of residential units, 194 sales of buildings, and 179 sales of lands, for a total of 3,160 transactions.

Ready real estate sales amounted to about 3.63 billion dirhams through the implementation of 837 transactions, divided into 606 sales of residential units, 52 sales of buildings, and 179 sales of lands, while off-plan sales of real estate amounted to about 4.55 billion dirhams, through 2,323 transactions, divided into 2,181 sales of residential units, and 142 sales of sales. Buildings.

These numbers reflect the continued strong performance of the real estate sector in Dubai, and the continued momentum of sales, confirming the continued growth in confidence of local and international investors, supported by the diversity of investment opportunities and real estate projects offered in the emirate.

During the past week, real estate mortgages recorded 730 transactions worth 5.39 billion dirhams, distributed by 402 transactions for residential units, 96 transactions for buildings, and 232 transactions for lands. The real estate market in Dubai witnessed, during the past week, the implementation of real estate mortgage deals for lands, the most prominent of which was the mortgage of two plots of land in the “Al-Yafra 1” area for the purpose of commercial use on an area of 24.4 million square feet, with a value exceeding 3.03 billion dirhams.

In turn, the value of the donations amounted to about 1.16 billion dirhams, in 194 transactions, distributed among 146 transactions for residential units, 14 transactions for buildings, and 34 transactions for land.

“Palm Jebel Ali” topped the list of the highest-selling areas last week, in terms of sales value, with 582 million dirhams, followed by the “Business Bay” area with 464 million dirhams, and the “Wadi Al Safa 3” area came third with sales exceeding 453 million dirhams, then the “Palm Deira” area with about 432 million dirhams, and finally the “Dubai Investment Park 1” area with sales amounting to 453 million dirhams. 359 million dirhams.
