491.5 million dinars in real estate transactions in Bahrain since the beginning of 2026

Real estate transactions in the Kingdom of Bahrain recorded an active performance from the beginning of this year until the first half of May 2026, as the total value of transactions reached about 491.5 million dinars, through the implementation of 10,827 real estate transactions, according to live statistics issued by the Survey and Land Registry Bureau.

Statistics showed that the value of real estate transactions during the first half of May alone amounted to about 48 million dinars, with a number of deals reaching 1,427 deals, which reflects the continued active movement in the Bahraini real estate market during the current period.

The data showed that May 11 recorded the highest number of real estate deals during the first half of the month, with 288 deals, followed by May 5 with 264 deals, then May 12, which witnessed the recording of 190 deals. On the other hand, statistics showed that May 6 was the lowest in terms of the number of real estate deals, with 78 deals, followed by May 14, with 96 deals, and then May 10, which recorded 101 deals.

These indicators reflect the continued activity in the real estate sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain, driven by the diversification of real estate operations and the continued sales and trading activity during the first months of this year.
