The Emirates Sharia Fatwa Council calls for the sighting of the crescent of Dhu al-Hijjah 1447 AH, after sunset on Sunday.

The Emirates Council for Sharia Fatwa called on specialists, experts, “Al-Shuwaifa” and members of society, including citizens and residents, to sight the crescent of the month of Dhul-Hijjah for the year 1447 AH after sunset tomorrow, Sunday, 29 Dhul-Qi’dah, May 17, 2026 AD.
