Facilitating communication with pilgrims
The device allows instant translation of educational and guidance content and inquiries into (17) international languages, through modern technologies that rely on the speed of voice and text processing, which contributes to facilitating communication with pilgrims of different nationalities and cultures, and enhancing the delivery of legal and guidance messages clearly and accurately within the Two Holy Mosques.
Activating the device comes as an extension of the efforts of the Presidency of Religious Affairs in employing modern technologies and artificial intelligence. To improve the quality of religious services provided to visitors of the Two Holy Mosques, and to enhance the system of digital transformation in awareness and guidance programmes, in line with the aspirations of the wise leadership – may God support them – in providing the best services to the guests of the Most Merciful.
Supporting specific technical initiatives
The presidency confirmed its keenness to support specific technical initiatives that contribute to enhancing communication with pilgrims in their various languages, and enabling them to benefit from guidance and awareness services easily. Yusor.
