International Astronomy monitors the crescent of Dhu al-Hijjah during the day from Abu Dhabi

The Al-Khatt Astronomical Observatory of the International Astronomy Center observed the crescent of the month of Dhul-Hijjah for the year 1447 AH, from Abu Dhabi, today, Sunday, at exactly nine o’clock and twenty minutes UAE time.

The observatory explained that the moon was 7.8 degrees away from the sun at the time of filming, while it was only about nine hours old.
