Al-Etihad Credit Bureau confirmed that this step represents an important step in the ongoing cooperation between it and the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority, the Digital Government, and Digital Dubai, to provide integrated digital solutions that meet the needs of the market, and support national trends towards eliminating bureaucracy and accelerating digital transformation.

She added that it is enhancing its current services by offering the “Tenant Inquiry” service in the UAE, including the “Check Collection Index” service, which was recently developed using artificial intelligence techniques, allowing any check recipient to scan it and evaluate the probability of cashing it based on the credit record of the check issuer, stressing that these solutions combined contribute to enhancing levels of trust and transparency in real estate transactions.
