Century 21 International Company establishes a regional office in Dubai

Dubai, May 19 / WAM / Century 21, the global real estate brokerage company, announced the establishment of a regional office in Dubai to manage its operations in the Middle East region, in conjunction with the official launch of its business in the UAE.
The company said that its global network includes more than 400,000 real estate agents in 82 countries, while choosing Dubai as a regional headquarters comes in light of the growth witnessed by the real estate sector in the emirate.
The real estate market in Dubai recorded deals worth 252 billion dirhams during the first quarter of 2026, an annual increase of 31%, while the volume of foreign investment grew by 26% during the same period, according to the figures contained in the statement.
Peter Matthews, CEO of Century 21 Group in the UAE and India, said that the establishment of the regional office in Dubai reflects the growing demand that the company monitors through its international network for the UAE real estate market.
He added that the economic and regulatory environment in the UAE contributed to attracting international companies and expanding their regional business.
In its operations, the company relies on a digital platform supported by artificial intelligence to manage customer relationships and real estate transactions and connect its global network.
Dubai is witnessing continuous growth in the real estate sector, supported by increasing demand and investment, in addition to the expansion of international companies working in the fields of development, brokerage, and services related to the real estate market.
