Dubai Holding Asset Management lays the foundation stone for Lantana Hills

Dubai Holding Asset Management Group announced the laying of the foundation stone for the Lantana Hills project, the new residential complex in the heart of the Dubai Science Park in the Al Barsha South area. It also announced the appointment of Amana Group, which specializes in design and construction in the region, as the main contractor for implementation under an agreement worth 680 million dirhams.
Dubai Holding Asset Management stated that the project includes 390 private townhouse units, within an integrated environment with various facilities and services, while the residential units provide spacious family spaces with three and four bedrooms with a thoughtful architectural design that responds to the requirements of modern life. The project also includes landscaped, wooded open spaces and upscale social facilities, in addition to its proximity to schools, health centers, and nearby shopping destinations. The project is scheduled for completion during the second half of 2027.
The “Lantana Hills” project received the LEED pre-accreditation certificate in the silver category for the classification of planning and design for cities and communities, while the full accreditation procedures are proceeding according to their established path, in line with the comprehensive sustainability agenda of the Dubai Holding Group.
“Lantana Hills” is also distinguished by its strategic location in the heart of “Dubai Science Park”, with easy access to various parts of the city, as it is about 10 minutes away from “Dubai Hills Mall”, “Mall of the Emirates” about 15 minutes, and “Dubai Mall” about 20 minutes, while it is only about 25 minutes away from “Dubai World Central – Al Maktoum International Airport”.
The foundation stone laying ceremony was attended by the CEO of Dubai Holding Asset Management Group, Malek Al Malek, accompanied by the Head of Marketing and Strategic Planning, Nabil Mohammed Ramadan, the Head of Development and Technical Services, Ismail Mohammed, the Executive Director of Development and Technical Services, Fatima Al Mohammed, and from the Amana Group, the Group CEO, Richard Abboud, the Chief Operating Officer, Joe Labaki, and the General Manager, Tariq Alawneh.
It is noteworthy that Dubai Holding Asset Management is the largest strategic shareholder in Dubai REIT Residences, and the owner and operator of Dubai Retail, which owns and manages 56 commercial centers and destinations, in addition to being the largest strategic shareholder in TECOM Group. The group continues its role in shaping the features of the urban and economic landscape in Dubai, through the development of residential complexes and destinations that meet the needs of the present and keep pace with the aspirations of the future.
