Pilgrims of the Sacred House of God depart from Arafat to Muzdalifah
Arafat, May 26 / WAM / After sunset on the ninth day of the month of Dhul-Hijjah, the pilgrims began heading to Muzdalifah, Muzdalifah, after God granted them the blessing of standing at the level of Arafat and fulfilling the greatest pillar of Hajj.
Upon their arrival in Muzdalifah, the guests of the Most Merciful perform the Maghrib and Isha prayers together, in imitation of the Sunnah of the Chosen One – may God bless him and grant him peace – and spend the night in Muzdalifah, then they head to Mina after the dawn prayer of tomorrow’s Eid al-Adha to stone Jamarat al-Aqaba and slaughter the sacrificial animal.
The journey from Arafat to Muzdalifah is the third stage of the pilgrims’ journey through the holy sites to perform their Hajj rituals.
