Eid al-Adha is an occasion to enhance cohesion and rapprochement between communities

His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, congratulated the leadership and people of the Emirates and the Arab and Islamic peoples on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha.

His Highness said through his official account on the “X” website: “We congratulate the leadership and people of the Emirates and the Arab and Islamic peoples on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha, and we celebrate the humanitarian meanings that the Eid embodies that enhance cohesion and rapprochement between societies.”

His Highness continued, saying: “We ask God to bring goodness, security, and prosperity back to the United Arab Emirates, its wise leadership, its people, and the residents of its land. Happy New Year.”
