The Ministry of Foreign Affairs advises citizens and residents not to travel to Uganda, Congo, and South Sudan

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs advised the country’s citizens and residents not to travel unless necessary to Uganda, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and the Republic of South Sudan, in light of the health developments related to the Ebola virus (EVD) that these countries are witnessing in this regard.
As part of the UAE’s keenness to monitor the conditions of its citizens abroad and ensure their safety, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stressed the importance of adhering to the instructions and warnings issued by it, and called on citizens in these countries to exercise the utmost caution and caution, and to adhere to the health and safety instructions issued by the authorities in Uganda, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and South Sudan, in addition to registering in the “My Presence” service, and communicating with the Ministry in emergency situations via the number designated for the country’s citizens abroad: +97180024
