“Anthropic”…the most valuable artificial intelligence company

American technology company Anthropic has risen to the top of the artificial intelligence startup scene, becoming the most valuable player in Silicon Valley after raising an additional $65 billion in funding.

The financing round pushes the company’s market value to $965 billion, outperforming competitors, including its main competitor, OpenAI, the maker of GPT Chat. Anthropic’s value has nearly tripled since it was valued at $380 billion in February 2026. Competitor OpenAI, which launched the current AI boom in 2022 with the launch of GBT Chat, was recently valued at $730 billion after its own funding round.
