5.3 billion dirhams in “Dubai Roads” revenues through digital channels

The Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai recorded revenues amounting to 5 billion and 300 million dirhams through its digital channels during the year 2025, achieving a growth of 20.6% compared to 2024, in confirmation of the acceleration in the adoption of digital services and the enhancement of the efficiency of its system.

The total number of transactions completed through digital channels reached more than 628 million transactions, with a growth rate of 13%, and the Authority provides customers with 105 digital services, through 6 various channels, which shows the growing shift towards digital channels as the first option for completing services, as the adoption rate of services on digital channels reached 96%, and the average customer happiness index reached 98%.
