المملكة: Border Guards… concrete efforts in serving the guests of God from arrival until departure


The General Directorate contributed For border guards through Hajj season this year in implementing an integrated system of security, humanitarian and service work, which began since the arrival of Guests of God through land ports and sea ports, and continued during their movement between the holy sites and performing their rituals with ease and reassurance.
The employees of Border Guard receives pilgrims arriving through ports and ports, provides them with support and guidance, and enhances the flow of procedures and ease of reaching their destinations.
In the Holy Sites, the Border Guard teams contributed to supporting crowd management and organizing pedestrian movement in high-density locations, by directing pilgrims to the designated paths and helping them reach their locations, in a way that supports the flow of movement and maintains the safety of the guests of God.

Civil Defense Support

The Guard teams participated The border guards support civil defense by supporting search and rescue work and field plans related to emergency situations, in a way that enhances the readiness of the working teams and raises the level of coordination between the parties involved in serving the guests of God.
The field teams carried out guidance and counseling work for pilgrims, providing the necessary information and answering their inquiries and assisting the lost, which contributed to facilitating their movement and access to various sites and services.
Border Guard volunteers contributed to supporting field efforts during the Hajj season, by receiving pilgrims in The ports, and participating in the work of guidance, organization and crowd management in the Holy Sites, guiding the guests of God and providing assistance to them in several languages, and facilitating communication and answering inquiries, embodying the values of volunteer work and the spirit of national responsibility in serving the pilgrims.

Efforts of the female cadres

The role of the female cadres emerged in receiving pilgrims at the ports, participating in field, organizational and guidance work in the Holy Sites, and providing support and guidance to the guests of God, reflecting the integration of Roles between various specializations to serve them.
These efforts reflect the success achieved for this year’s Hajj season, through the integration of security, humanitarian and service efforts, and harnessing human and technical capabilities to support field plans, which contributed to providing a safe and organized environment for the guests of God, and enabling them to perform the Hajj with ease and reassurance from their arrival in the Kingdom until their departure.
