Danube Properties expands its presence in the United Kingdom by opening a new office in London and looks forward to strengthening its reach in Europe

Danube Properties, one of the most prominent real estate development companies in the United Arab Emirates, announced the strengthening of its international presence by opening its new sales office in the heart of the British capital, London.

The new office is located at 44 Brompton Road in Knightsbridge (SW3 1BW), forming a new station within the company’s growing expansion strategy in the United Kingdom.

This opening follows the success achieved by the company’s first office in the Harrow area two years ago, which contributed to building strong relationships with investors and those looking for distinct investment opportunities in the Dubai real estate market. Building on this success, the new Knightsbridge office aims to provide a closer and easier experience for clients in central London and the surrounding areas, by providing specialized advisory services and an integrated client experience.

The office will also include advanced marketing pavilions and virtual display experiences using the latest virtual reality (VR) technologies, giving investors the opportunity to explore real estate projects in an interactive and immersive way that helps them make informed investment decisions.

This expansion reflects Danube Properties’ long-term vision to enhance its global presence through a network of strategic sales offices that serve international investors interested in the thriving Dubai real estate market.
Commenting on this expansion, Rizwan Sajan, Founder and Chairman of Danube Group, said: “London continues to consolidate its position as one of the most important investment centers in the world, and the opening of this new office represents an extension of our commitment to enhancing our proximity to our international clients. After the success achieved by the Harrow office, we look forward to continuing our expansion plans throughout the United Kingdom and Europe in the coming years.”

It is expected that the opening of the Knightsbridge office will be attended by an elite group of businessmen, investors and representatives of the real estate sector from various parts of the region.
