“Al-Waslawi” Milos succeeds Jokanovic in Al-Nasr

Al-Nasr Club announced today, Friday, its contract with Serbian coach Milos Milojevic (43 years old) to lead the first football team starting next season, succeeding his compatriot Slavisa Jokanovic, in a move aimed at strengthening the team’s ambitions and returning to competing for local titles.
Milojevic has a distinguished record in Emirati football, having led Al-Wasl for two seasons and achieving his most prominent local achievements, as he won the ADNOC Professional League and the President’s Cup in the 2023-2024 season, achieving a historic double that returned the team to the podium after years of waiting. He also succeeded in building a strong team that performed at remarkable levels throughout the season.
After the end of his experience with Al Wasl, the Serbian coach moved to Sharjah with a contract extending for two seasons, but his experience did not last long, as he led the team in only 15 matches before his departure due to a decline in results, after achieving 5 victories, two draws and 8 defeats.
Al-Nasr is counting on the extensive experience that Milojevic has gained in the professional league, especially after his remarkable success with Al-Wasl and his knowledge of the nature of the local competition and the players, hoping to build a team capable of competing strongly during the new season and regaining its position among the advanced teams in the tournament.
