“Enforcement” supervises 77 real estate auctions in the second half of June
The Support and Liquidation Center (Enfead) announced its supervision during the period from 15 to 30 June 2026 AD on (77) The Eastern Provinceranked third with (9) auctions that included (110) real estate assets, then the Asir region with (7) auctions that included (79) assets, and the Qassim region with (6) auctions that included (108) real estate assets.
The rest of the Kingdom’s regions will witness the holding of a number of diverse real estate auctions, while (4) auctions will be held in the Hail region and include (58) real estate assets, and (3) Auctions in the Medina region included (41) assets, and (3) auctions in the Jazan region included (53) assets.
The auctions included: (3) auctions in the Northern Border Region, which included (14) real estate assets, in addition to two auctions in each of the Al-Jawf regions, which included (30) assets, and Najran (34) assets, and one auction in each of the Tabuk regions, with (13) assets, and Al-Baha, which included Real estate asset.
