A residential project in Sharjah worth 4 billion dirhams

Yesterday, the “Aleph Group” announced the official launch of the “Lenar” project in Sharjah, worth four billion dirhams. The project includes five residential towers and one commercial tower, and Tower “A” is expected to begin receiving residents starting in 2030. The CEO of the “Aleph Group”, Raed Kajoor Al Nuaimi, said that “Lenar” reflects the group’s commitment to developing high-quality residential destinations that provide tangible value to the community.
