Saudi Arabia is ranked 3rd globally in supporting the establishment of companies in the Global Competitiveness Report

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ranked third globally in the index (legislation support for establishing companies) in the Saudi Arabiain the (Equality of Economic Opportunities) index, reached fourth place, by enabling individuals and establishments to practice economic activity and their access to facilities and capabilities in a fair and effective manner.
And in the (Large Companies – Efficient According to International Standards) index, the Kingdom advanced to seventh place in the world, as a result of the ability of large companies to work efficiently and with high productivity and the levels of competition of major international companies.
Commercial legislation
and contributed in developing companies’ businesses and adopting global practices and advanced and innovative technologies.
The Ministry of Commerce explained that efforts to develop the legislative and procedural system to empower the business sector, in partnership with the government and private sectors, contributed to continued progress in several commercial indicators in the report.
The Kingdom ranked 13th globally in the Global Competitiveness Yearbook report, and ranked third among the Group of Twenty (G20) countries, achieving progress. In all the main axes of the report that measure economic performance, government efficiency, business efficiency, and infrastructure.
