High-level Pakistani participation in talks between Washington and Tehran in Switzerland

The office of Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif announced the launch of technical talks on Sunday in Switzerland, as part of following up on the implementation of the provisions of the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding. The office confirmed that the Pakistani Prime Minister and the Army Commander will personally participate in these upcoming discussions to be held between Washington and Tehran, in a step that highlights the weight of the Pakistani role and its participation at the highest levels in the conduct of the dialogue between the two sides.
