Declared General Authority for TransportLess than 10 days remain until the end of the statutory deadline for submitting objections to Unpaid violations that were detected before November 1, 2024, calling on beneficiaries to take the initiative to submit their objections via the electronic platform designated for that purpose before the expiry of the specified period.
The Authority explained that this deadline comes within the framework of enabling beneficiaries to exercise their right to object in accordance with the approved statutory procedures, ensuring that requests are processed fairly and transparently.
Objecting to unpaid violations It stressed that providing objection to unpaid violations contributes to enhancing transparency in dealing with violations, and raising the level of justice and efficiency of regulatory procedures, in order to achieve a balance between the rights of beneficiaries and the requirements for compliance with regulations.
The Authority called on all beneficiaries who have unpaid violations that were detected before November 1, 2024, to take advantage of the remaining period and submit their objections electronically before the expiration of the regulatory deadline, in order to avoid losing the opportunity to benefit. The right to object is legally stipulated.
She indicated that objection services are available through the designated electronic platform, as part of the Authority’s efforts to facilitate digital procedures and provide more efficient and rapid services to beneficiaries.
