المملكة: Riyadh: 12 locations in the capital and 52 in the governorates and centers to follow the World Cup
The Riyadh Municipality has prepared 12 sites in the capital, and more than 52 sites in the governorates and centers of the region, to follow the matches World Cup2026, within an initiative "The World Cup is closer to you" Which aims to provide equipped sites that allow residents and visitors to follow the championship matches in locations close to them.
The municipality in the city of Riyadh has prepared 12 sites across the Madinaty offices, distributed over five geographical areas, including the offices of the cities of Mansoura, Al-Mughrazat and Al-Ma’athar in the center of the capital, Al-Nafal and Al-Aqiq in the north of Riyadh, Cordoba and Al-Khaleej to the east of it, and Laban and Tuwaiq to its west, in addition to Okaz, Al-Salam and Al-Ha’ir in the south of the city.
Follow-up Cup The World
The Secretariat, represented by the municipalities of the region, also prepared more than 52 sites in the governorates and centers, including public parks, cultural centers, squares, community facilities, and open sites, to provide a suitable environment for watching the championship matches and enhancing the participation of residents and visitors in the atmosphere of the global sporting event.
The sites were distributed among a number of governorates and centers affiliated with the Riyadh region, including Hotat Bani Tamim, Al-Dalam, Al-Hayaniyya, Barak, Al-Badi, Rawdat Sudair, Al-Hilwah, and Al-Hasah. Al-Dawadmi, Al-Quwayiyah, Al-Bajdiyah, Al-Rain, Al-Hadar, Afif, Marrat, Nafi, Al-Zulfi, Tamir, Al-Artawiya, Thadig, Harimala, Al-Majma’ah, Al-Jallah, Tabrak, Al-Hareeq, Al-Aflaj, Al-Haytham and Al-Kharj, in addition to a number of additional open sites and participating cafes in some governorates.
The initiative contributes to enhancing the use of public facilities and raising the level of community interaction with international sporting events, by providing equipped sites that allow families and visitors to follow the matches near them and in various parts of the world. The region, in line with its vision to be a pioneering municipality for prosperous and sustainable sports facilities that enhance the quality of life.
