“Multiple Business” receives notice of termination of a contract with “Lejam Sports”
Multi Business Group Company received a notice from Leejam Sports Company containing the termination of the contract concluded between the two parties to design, build and finish a sports club in the King Abdullah Financial Center.
The company explained in a statement on: "Saudi Arabia trading"that it received a letter from the client stating that the contract was terminated based on not obtaining the required approvals for the designs, according to what was stated in the client’s notice.
The company confirmed that it is currently studying the notice from the legal and contractual aspects, noting that this does not constitute an acknowledgment on its part of the validity of what was stated therein, while it retains all of its legal and contractual rights.
Multi Business Group Company had announced in December 2024 the signing of a contract with Leejam Sports Company to design and build And finishing a sports club in the King Abdullah Financial Center.
