Mohammed bin Rashid issues a decree forming the Board of Directors of the Dubai Judicial Institute

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister, may God protect him, in his capacity as Ruler of the Emirate of Dubai, issued Decree No. (17) of 2026 forming the Board of Directors of the Dubai Judicial Institute, headed by Counselor Essam Issa Al Humaidan.

The members of the Board of Directors include: Dr. Saif Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Dr. Louay Muhammad Khalfan Belhoul, Counselor Khalifa Rashid bin Dimas Al Suwaidi, Dr. Ahmed Saeed bin Mishar, and Abdul Moneim Salem bin Suwaidan, in addition to the Director General of the Dubai Judicial Institute.

This decree shall be effective from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
