It launched Ministry of EducationThe summer distance enrichment program, which aims to discover Gifted students and developing their abilities in the fields of robotics and Artificial intelligence, programming, engineering design, data science, and cybersecurity, as part of its programs aimed at preparing a generation that possesses technical skills and keeps pace with the requirements of the future.

The programs will start on July 5, targeting primary, middle, and secondary school students, through interactive training programs that are implemented remotely and combine cognitive content with practical applications using modern digital tools and simulations.

Basic knowledge

The programs aim to develop basic knowledge in technical fields, and enable students to apply technical skills through practical activities and digital tools, in addition to enhancing critical and creative thinking, and developing their ability to innovate technical solutions to problems, which contributes to discovering talented people and qualifying them to participate in the Ministry’s programs and national and international competitions.

The Ministry provides various training tracks that suit students’ interests and age stages, including robotics, artificial intelligence, programming, engineering design, data science, and cybersecurity, giving participants the opportunity to acquire advanced technical skills in accordance with the latest educational practices.

Educational sessions

The programs also feature the provision of synchronous remote educational sessions and interactive activities, in addition to the use of digital tools and applied simulation environments that help students develop their technical skills and gain practical experiences in a flexible educational environment.

The programs include three main tracks, including 30 short programs It extends for a week by 10 hours of training, and6 intensive programs It lasts for 3 weeks In total 40 hours of training, in addition to Digital skills and robot control programs Which is implemented over 3 days According to 6 hours of training, all of which are delivered remotely.

Building students’ capabilities

The Ministry of Education confirmed that these enrichment programs represent a qualitative opportunity to build students’ capabilities in the most prominent modern technical fields, through interactive learning that contributes to the development of thinking, creativity and problem-solving skills, and enhances their readiness to participate in national and international competitions, in a way that supports investment in national competencies, and keeps pace with the goals of developing education and building human capabilities.
