Moatasem Al-Nahar enters the world of entrepreneurship with an innovative health project…from Beirut

In a new step outside the framework of acting, the Syrian artist, Moatasem Al-Nahar, launched his own project, “NH4”, during a ceremony held in one of Beirut’s hotels, in the presence of a remarkable presence of friends, close associates, and a number of artistic and media figures, in an evening that reflected his move to a different space that combines art, entrepreneurship, and a healthy lifestyle.

The launch of the project represented a turning point in the career of Moatasem Al-Nahar, who decided to expand beyond the screen into a field related to his long-standing passion for health and sports. The “NH4” project is based on the idea of ​​promoting a balanced lifestyle, including: body care, fitness, and general health, in a project that those close to him describe as a direct extension of his personal choices during recent years.

Moatasem Al-Nahar explained that the idea is not based on the commercial dimension only, but rather stems from a personal conviction that he has accumulated over time, indicating that caring for health has become a constant part of his daily life, and that he seeks through this project to transfer the experience to others in a practical and simple way.

Lifestyle philosophy:

Moatasem Al-Nahar explained that what he is presenting today is not a passing step, but rather a lifestyle that he believes in and applies on a daily basis, considering that the shift towards a balanced, healthy lifestyle is not linked to the external appearance, as much as it is linked to physical comfort and psychological stability, which constituted the primary motivation behind launching the project.

He pointed out that his experience with modifying his nutritional and exercise lifestyle was not aimed at making formal changes, but rather to improve the general health condition and get rid of some habits that affected his daily energy, stressing that maintaining health is a priority that takes precedence over any other considerations.

He also pointed out that he is closely following the experiences of public figures who have undergone similar transformations, praising everyone who seeks to reach a more balanced lifestyle in a safe and thoughtful way, considering that these experiences contribute to spreading awareness about the importance of health.

The launch ceremony witnessed a wide interaction from the audience, as a number of his friends and colleagues in the artistic community expressed their support for this step. His daughter, Sandra, appeared in an emotional message, in which she expressed her pride in what her father offers, stressing that he not only implements a healthy lifestyle on a personal level, but also works to encourage others to adopt it as well.

This project comes in parallel with the continuation of Moatasem Al-Nahar’s artistic activity. He is participating in a number of new works, including the series “I Am You.. You Are Not Me,” which is his first dramatic starring role in Egypt, in addition to the movie “Naseeb” with the artist Yasmine Sabry, in addition to his participation in the movie “When Love is Written,” which brings him together with a number of stars of Arab cinema.

These artistic projects are witnessing advanced filming stages, amid anticipation of their presentation during the coming period, which reflects the diverse presence of Moatasem Al-Nahar between drama and cinema, in parallel with his new orientation towards the business world related to lifestyle.
