Abdullah bin Zayed and the Egyptian Foreign Minister discuss fraternal relations and regional developments by telephone

His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, during a phone call with His Excellency Dr. Badr Abdel Ati, Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Egyptians Abroad in the sisterly Arab Republic of Egypt, discussed the established fraternal relations between the two countries, various aspects of cooperation and joint work, and ways to enhance them in a way that serves their mutual interests and contributes to achieving their aspirations for development and prosperity.

The two sides also discussed the overall situation in the region, regional developments, and ways to enhance efforts to support security and stability, maintain regional peace, and achieve sustainable peace in the region.

The two sides discussed a number of issues and files of common interest, and exchanged views on them.
