In 3 days… 87% of those included in the second phase responded to Al Seha Holding’s offers

Health Holding announced that more than 87% of the Ministry of Health employees included in the second phase of the transfer, numbering about 68 thousand male and female employees, expressed their desires within the first three days of sending transfer offers, while the acceptance rate of the offers exceeded 99% of the total employees who responded.
Health Holding confirmed that the transfer procedures are being implemented in accordance with Cabinet Resolution No. (616), ensuring that employees’ rights are preserved and their job stability is maintained, noting that acceptance or rejection options will continue to be received through the approved electronic channels until twelve o’clock noon on Saturday, July 4, 2026 AD.
Last Thursday, the Ministry of Health began sending offers to transfer employees of the second batch to health clusters, through electronic procedures that allow the employee to accept or reject the offer within a specific time period of 10 days.
The second phase included seven health clusters, which was preceded by an extensive communication campaign and field tours carried out by health system leaders in all the targeted clusters, during which they met with the employees, reviewed the details of the transfer process, and answered their inquiries in a transparent manner, which contributed to enhancing the readiness of the employees, raising the level of awareness of the procedures, and creating an organized and clear transfer environment before the start of sending offers.
