Within a year, 75.3% of the Saudi population visited cultural events and activities

Revealed General Authority for Statistics that 75.3% of the population of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia visited event venues or Cultural activities during the year 2025, in an indicator that reflects the growing cultural movement and the expansion of community participation in activities and events taking place in the Kingdom.

The announcement of this number came within the #Saudi_number initiative launched by the General Authority for Statistics with the aim of highlighting national successes, enhancing the values of pride and citizenship, and emphasizing the role of official statistics in measuring indicators of progress towards achieving the goals of The Kingdom’s Vision 2030, and sustainable development.

The initiative aims to publish qualitative numbers and statistics on a monthly basis through the authority’s accounts on social media platforms; To highlight the developmental, economic and social transformations taking place in the Kingdom, and to consolidate the statistical impact on societal awareness.
