A “penthouse” was sold in Dubai for 200 million dirhams

Binghatti Company announced yesterday that it recorded sales exceeding a quarter of a billion dirhams, after concluding two record deals to sell two ultra-luxury penthouse units within the “Bugatti Residences by Binghatti” project in the Business Bay area in Dubai, last June.

The company explained, in a statement, that the deals included the sale of a “penthouse” worth 200 million dirhams, along with another “penthouse” worth 70 million dirhams, to international dealers.

These deals come after “Binghatti” recorded, in December 2025, one of the most prominent real estate deals in the region, after selling a “penthouse” worth 550 million dirhams within the same project, in a historic deal that is considered the highest of its kind in Dubai and the Middle East, which reflects the upward trend witnessed by the luxury real estate sector in Dubai, and confirms the global status enjoyed by the “Bugatti Residences by Binghatti” project, which has previously attracted an elite group of international figures, including the football star. The Brazilian, Neymar Jr., the Spanish football player, Aymeric Laporte, and the international opera artist, Andrea Bocelli.
