His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, praised the honorable performance and high fighting spirit shown by the Egyptian team in its historic match against the world champion.

His Highness said in a blog post published on his official account on the “X” platform: “Today we witnessed a heroic Egyptian-Arab match… in which the Pharaohs of Egypt fought against the world champion until the last minute… We are proud of their Egyptian spirit… and we thank them and the world thanks them for the wonderful, enjoyable match… I’ll fight back… and you will return as heroes to your Arab homeland… and you will remain heroes in the eyes of all Arabs.”
