Launching the second batch of the “Housing Pioneers” initiative in Dubai

The Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment, in cooperation with the Mohammed bin Rashid College of Government, launched the second batch of the “Housing Pioneers” initiative, with the aim of developing national competencies and qualifying second-line leaders to keep pace with the rapid transformations in the housing sector, and enhancing the organization’s readiness to make a sustainable impact. The Executive Director of the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment, Mohammed Hassan Al Shehhi, confirmed that the launch of this batch embodies the strategic investment in human resources to prepare a new generation capable of leading development and building a more flexible and sustainable housing system.

The program, which extends for six months and includes 185 training hours, offers 12 comprehensive training topics covering leadership and specialized skills. Such as strategic planning, sustainability, smart housing, employing artificial intelligence, and 3D printing.

The CEO of the Mohammed bin Rashid College of Government, Dr. Ali bin Sebaa Al Marri, explained that the program represents an advanced model of institutional cooperation aimed at providing government competencies with the latest tools to anticipate the future and achieve sustainable development.

In the same context, the Director of the Executive Education Department at the college, Sheikha Ahmed Al Muhairi, stated that the program reflects the integration between academic knowledge and practical application through seven main stages, which include transforming leadership concepts into executive practices and projects that support the Dubai government’s directions towards enhancing innovation and quality of life.
