The Advisory Council of the Makkah Al-Mukarramah Health Cluster reviews service development projects

Based on its commitment to strengthening the partnership with beneficiaries, the Beneficiary Advisory Council of the Makkah Al-Mukarramah Health Cluster held its meeting in the presence of the cluster’s CEO, Dr. Hatem.
Bin Ahmed Al-Omari and members of the Council, to discuss a number of topics related to the development of health services, and to review projects and initiatives aimed at improving the quality of health care and improving the beneficiary’s experience.
During the meeting, the Council reviewed the most prominent services provided to beneficiaries, in addition to projects aimed at developing the beneficiary’s journey. It also listened to the proposals and opinions of Council members, which contribute to supporting continuous improvement efforts, enhancing the quality of health services and raising the level of beneficiary satisfaction.
The Beneficiary Advisory Council seeks to submit proposals that contribute to the development of health services, and to benefit from the opinions of patients and their families and their experiences in health facilities, in a way that supports development decision-making, and provides the opportunity to follow up on the implementation of the recommendations and outputs of the Council, in accordance with the best standards and practices aimed at improving the patient experience.
This comes to enhance the culture of partnership between beneficiaries and health care providers, and to enable the beneficiary to contribute to the development of services, in order to achieve the goals of the Makkah Al-Mukarramah Health Cluster in providing safe, integrated, and people-centered health care.
