Prior to that, gold prices rose, on Wednesday, by more than (1%), with investors buying after the precious metal fell to its lowest level in a week.

Gold rose in spot transactions by (1%), bringing the price of an ounce to (4116.70) dollars, and American gold futures contracts, for August delivery, rose by (1.1%), to reach (4126.60) dollars. per ounce.

While gold prices witnessed a decline on Tuesday, as investors awaited the release of the minutes of the US Central Bank’s June meeting.

The price of gold in spot transactions fell 0.4%, reaching $4,148.59 per ounce by 00:43 GMT.

On Monday, gold prices declined, with a slight rise in the US dollar from its recent lowest levels, but expectations of a price hike declined. US interest rates limited the precious metal’s losses.

The price of gold in spot transactions fell by 0.6 to $4,151.33 per ounce, by 07:21 GMT, after recording its highest level since June 22 earlier in the session. US gold futures (August delivery) rose 1.1% to $4,172 an ounce.
